We’re excited to glam up your nails and get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about our shipping process.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Please note that during peak times (such as product launches or holidays), processing may take a little longer — but we promise we’re working hard to get your order out.
Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery
We currently ship within the United States only.

Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email to follow your Gloë delivery in real time.
Incorrect Address & Delivery Issues
Please double-check your shipping information before placing your order. Gloë is not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for the new shipping fee to resend it.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once your package is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, we are no longer liable for lost or stolen items.
However, if your order is missing, please contact us and we’ll do our best to assist you in locating or filing a claim with the carrier.
